By accessing or using EngineerMint you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
EngineerMint is a directory and networking platform for engineers, firms, and project owners across the United States. Some listings are sample records clearly labeled as such during Phase 1.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information when registering or claiming a profile.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, spam, impersonation, harassment, infringement, malware, or attempts to bypass security. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant EngineerMint a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content as part of the directory.
6. AI tools & disclaimers
AI-generated matches, estimates, and content are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional engineering advice. Verify all information with a licensed professional before relying on it.
7. Intellectual property
The EngineerMint name, logo, and platform are our property. You may not use them without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EngineerMint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
